SLP Planner

June 23, 2016

ShareTweetGooglePinterestMail

I know many of you are already on summer vacation and not thinking at all about back to school yet. My last day of the year is tomorrow; then I work 6 weeks of ESY.I need my planner to keep me organized for all 12 months of the year. I recently created my SLP planner for the 2016-2017 school year. This time it includes July!  Here’s a look at my finished product.

This year I’ve made 4 different color schemes/themes. All are watercolor, but the different themes are: chevron/polka dots/school supplies; floral; patchwork and peacock; & damask and filigree.  I chose to print the floral for myself.

Here are some of the pages before I bound it together:

I personalized my front cover with my name. If you’d like yours personalized, send me an email with your TpT username (so I can verify your purchase), let me know which cover you’d like, and what you want it to say! *You will find my email address within the download.

I chose to print myself a back cover. This one is from the peacock and patchwork set!

Here’s a look at what the monthly calendar looks like when the planner is open. Weekly calendars are also included.

The “miscellaneous” section contains a bunch of extra forms to keep all areas of your caseload and paperwork organized!  If you can think of another chart/page that would be helpful to you, please let me know!  I bet if it’s helpful to you, it would be helpful to someone else.  I’ll gladly add it to the download.

Happy organizing!
